• All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 25% of the service, and 100% for no-show appointments.
• For facial services, please arrive with no makeup.
• No extra people or kids are allowed. If you have extra people with you, please have them wait in the car unless discussed prior to your appointment.
• Please fill out all intake forms and consent forms before your appointment.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and will need to rebook.
• A card must be kept on file.
• All products and services are final.
